At FD Falkirk, we want you to be able to stay informed about the progress of your order.

1. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information may be provided where tracking is available for the delivery service used.

If tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address or contact details provided when you placed your order.

Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for your dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

2. When Will Tracking Information Be Available?

Tracking information may not become active immediately after an order has been dispatched.

It can take some time for the delivery provider's system to register the shipment and display the first tracking update.

If your tracking information does not show an update immediately, please allow reasonable time for the carrier's system to update.

3. My Tracking Has Not Updated

If your tracking information has not changed for a short period, this does not necessarily mean that your parcel has been lost.

Delivery providers may not scan parcels at every stage of their journey.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or your estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

4. My Order Shows as Delivered but I Have Not Received It

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check the delivery address provided with your order.

• Check whether the parcel has been left in a safe place.

• Check with other members of your household.

• Check whether a neighbour has accepted the delivery.

• Review the delivery provider's tracking information.

5. I Received the Wrong Tracking Information

If you believe that the tracking information provided does not relate to your order, please contact us.

Please provide your order number and the tracking information you received.

We will review the information and assist you where reasonably possible.

6. Can I Track Every Order?

Tracking availability depends on the delivery service and product.

Where tracking is available, we will provide the relevant tracking information after dispatch.

Some delivery services may provide limited tracking or delivery confirmation rather than detailed tracking at every stage.

7. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location, availability and delivery service.

Unless a different timeframe is displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout, our general estimated delivery timeframe is:

Processing: 1–3 working days

Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

These are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly offered.

8. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

• Severe weather.

• Transport disruption.

• High delivery volumes.

• Public holidays.

• Supplier or fulfilment delays.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
